Yoga offers the opportunity to reconnect with your body and mind. My intention is to help you leave each class calm, mindful and physically open with an renewed appreciation for your body.
You will never stop learning through Yoga, each time you come to the mat you will discover something knew about yourself – whether that be energy, strength, grace, mobility, balance, resilence and meditation – and I am excited to be a part of your journey.
I teach two styles of Yoga, Vinyasa and Yin – both unique and rich – and both with profound ways of deepening your practice and I look forward to sharing them with you.
